![]() Method of frying prawns:-Wash ample enough prawns and peel off skin and heads. Then marinate with fish, pepper and keep it by for a while. At the same time beat the egg-whites until it become fluffy and mix flour powder with water and place the marinated prawn inside the mix. Simultaneously put a lot of oil in the frying pan and heat it up. When the oil is cooked, place one prawn each in the beaten egg-whites one by one and thence, put it in the frying pan and fry it, when the color turns reddish, then you can eat the fried prawns with sauce of your choice. | |
