Dance Step 7 (Picking Flower Movement)

• When reaching the last position of dance step 6- turn the right palm downwards and from the arm joint swerve it upwards keeping the palm on top and stretch it outwards. At the same time the left palm must be curved from the elbow and twist and turn and touch the right elbow with the small finger. That is called picking the flower movement.
• At the same time you have to lift your right feet and push forward and place the heel. When withdrawing back the right feet, simultaneously, the right palm had to be curved downwards
• At the same time, the head must be half turned and the eyes must look at the tips of the right had.
• This movement had to be repeated for the left and the right in turns.

• When reaching the end of step 7, keep the right arm and the left abreast.
• Then twist the right palm inwards and twist the elbow and turn it upwards.
• From that position the palm of the lifted arm in rhythm with the clapper beat and turn the hand inside.
• Together with the rhythm of the clapper beat lift your right heel and push it outwards
• Silmultaneously with these movements, the head and the body are turned towards the right side. Lift the head slanting towards the hand movement and look at the tip of the hand
• Then from that position, twist and turn the palms rhythmically with the doe beat and curve it and at that time simultaneously move the feet inwards. At the same time the head must look straight in front and the eyes looking straight.
• Rhythmically with the doe beat, this dance step must be repeated left and right in turns.
